It has a 3-way Pinhead which can rotate with the angle of almost 360° on the x-axis and 270° with all axis. It has a quick lever attached to the head of it to rotate it. If you buy it from Aliexpress I hope you will get a fine (quality) than daraz. It’s up to you where you want to buy. Have a free Mobile Holder to stand up a mobile.
I think this is the only tripod at this price that is very good for a new YouTuber which can’t effort a big price for any equipment.
